Good or Bad Support Services!

What's the best support services you'v ever got? I just talked with a medical product support, and they do really not helpful at all since the only thing they care is my money, they do not care how I feel. And then I talked with my bank support, they are just wonderful, I love teh lady's voice, make me so comfortable, that's something I want! See the difference? Is this true that "customer is always the god"? not really.
