Should laptop have mobile phone features or mobile phone should be a computer?

for me that should be a mobile phone have a computer like feature.. but right now they are developing phones that kind.. that can hadle spmputations as a regular computer does. except in a little package.

I definitely feel and it is my personal opinion that other features in mobile phones are useless for me. In my mobile phone i have all the features in it but I seldom use it. I feel most of the mobile phone companies concentrate hard on other features and forget the most important thing in mobile getting calls and making calls and hence the voice quality of them dips as in my case the voice quality of the phone is bad.

It will be nice if a laptop has the features of the mobile and the laptop should be very small like palmtop.
