I hate to watch a TV series, get all interested in the characters and absorbed in the storyline, and then have it canceled. A waste of my time and a real insult to my devotion to the entire series/watcher relationship. So here I am again watching a show. It has been my recent practice to wait until a series that looks good to me has been on for at least two series and the next one is in the bag. Right? I have been binge-watching "Virgin River" on Netflix. I had watched a few episodes back a few months and then had forgotten about it. It's in its 5th season and they have a sixth season coming. Now I'm back and enjoying each and every episode. I hope that when it comes time they end it well.

I hope so as well since a lot of cartoons that were produced by Hanna Barbera Productions like the Jetsons cartoon series only last a few years. Good shows that last more than at least five seasons are rare or the television series ends on a bad note.

@celticeagle It gets me very angry how MTV ended the Amazing Spider Man cartoons on a cliff hanger.
