I'm going to speak it out my intentions and desires to the universe to help guide or bring them to fruition. I will do this every day and as I think of it. I will focus on a few things, write them down and then speak them out loud. I will affirm it, claim it, believe it, feel it, and give gratitude. As I've learned the universe appreciates thanks giving and responds better to intentions that are placed with gratitude in advance for them.
