Do you people do monitoring and evaluation of your days?

I hope this finds you very fine wherever you are located. The day has gone so well and l am quite greatlful for that. The weather is very fair enough and it's a little bit of cool winds at night time. So in every activities I get engaged myself with during the day/night I must do what is called the mornitoring and evaluation for that matter after I am done with it. Its therefore through the process that I can identify my achievements and mistakes. Its an avenue that makes me to perfect the art of the activities being engaged in. What about you?
