I never learned how to play chess but I do enjoy board games. Mostly, though, I'd rather play cards

I play a lot of different board games on the computer. I tried playing chess; but I quickly got tired of it. It means learning too many different pieces and moves. Have a good day and a good weekend.

@LindaOHio Chess is a game of strategy. You will always have to think ahead and anticipate the moves of your opponent.

Heard both Checkers and Monopoly but I haven't tried playing both. I wish I could.

Yes, I do. I learned how to play in High school. Then I taught it to my grandkids. Last week, I played chess with an amazing 6 year-old boy at my workplace. We finished the game with a tie. I could see he had a plan and strategy to checkmate me. :-D

@everwonderwhy Wow. That boy is so amazing. Imagine a 6 yrs old playing chess and it's a tie? He has a future with that game.

Yes, I do! Hours of concentrating so much not to make the wrong move it hurts my brain. I also enjoy doing crossword puzzles and solitaire.

@dgobucks226 I play all the games you mentioned It's so amazing to see the chess players making their moves just seconds after their opponents move. They have memorizethe tactics

@renicemae I agree. Their minds can process the moves on the board so fast.
