This is how I felt an hour ago I had the big boss of the carer's agency on the phome. Again she was repeating the same old twaddle Dis the carer have a professional approach Did she wear an ID badge I cut her short and told her I only wanted 30 minutes not 45 minutes She didn't like it but tough! saddened yer havin' to deal with such folk. thankfully i've not such troubles, though my health insurance 'twas hades bent i get'n inhome assessment. finally blocked their #!

Why do they keep changing your carers? Can't they just give you someone you like, and forget about the rest? Is it due to scheduling concerns?

Sometimes is seems these health care people have a script they must go through and don't want to be interrupted by the patient because they can't think off-script. I've always enjoyed this song. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw your title.
