Have you ever tried a Toasted Cheese Sandwich??

It's like a Grilled Cheese Sandwich...but, it's not grilled!All you have to do is:
1. Get however many pieces of bread you want and toast it.
2. When it is toasted enough to your liking...butter it!
3. Then, put what ever cheese you want on it.
4. Pop! It in the microwave until the cheese melts.
5. Take it out...cut it in half if you want, I always do, and enjoy your LAZY way to make Grilled Cheese!That's all it really is. A lazy way to make grilled cheese sandwich quick!!!! It's just as good to!!

I totally taught my kids that too. Don't get me wrong, I love regular grilled cheese sandwiches. But, with seven kids, I have to do some things the quick way!!!
I actually learned it from a cousin because she is lazy. So, that's funny that you call it the lazy way of grilled cheese. I like to say it is the quick less greasy method. LOL

I've never thought to make a toasted or grilled cheese sandwich. I enjoy cheese, but I find it gross to eat when it is melted. I prefer cheese when it is hard, so I guess I won't be trying this out
