I´m ready to eat the last part of my lunch.

I received the groceries and ate a piece of cake.
Later on I received another gas cylinder and discovered that the young man who has been bringing it to me for the past 25 years has diabetes. He is under 50 and yet he still has those problems 
. I know that he must eat badly as he divorced his wife a few years ago. Today he was working alone as his helper was on vacation. So I´ll invite him for lunch next week. I´ll see that Anita cleans up the house first and then I´ll cook something with no carbs or sugar. Easy.
He knows a lot about movies so lunch will be interesting.
Right now I´m watching one of those shows where a person changes a home and another one offers the owners new homes. Will they live there or sell it? I love those shows. It gives me ideas on what to do when I sell this house and buy a smaller old one.
But meanwhile it is lunch and a nap. See you.

@marguicha Maybe he doesn't realise it's not so difficult to eat a diet healthy for diabetics. But some men don't really care, do they, and just go on on the same old path.

I hope you have a good day. Seems to go so fast tomorrow already midweek, They used to have a reality show in Latvia. A family or couple won the prize to have their apartments remodeled. They had to leave their apartments and put up elsewhere for a couple of days and the workers made all the changes. Then they returned and were surprised with how wonderful their apartments looked,

My husband was diatetic for years and not many people cared to make something special for him. I honor his memory doing that.

I love the show. I must say that I am very partial to Valerie. She works a lot to change an ugly house to a stunning one. David on has to show what´s in the market.

Oh good show that sounds.
Oh that will be nice for the guy..he will love that you cook for him.
