I Get A Little Confused

When I am on Mylot and in the process of bringing up posts to answer I see advertisements in among them and sometimes it confuses me. Occasionally I think(for several seconds)that the pictures in the ads are ones you folks uploaded. It is rather disconcerting.
Do you ever have that same experience? I can eventually determine it's an ad but sometimes at first viewing, I cannot tell. And you know how Google supplies ads. Oh, my it is tough getting old.
