We got home less than an hour ago. No sooner did we get things in the house, the rains came. Chilly did pretty well curled up at my feet, but we had a large clap of thunder that made me jump and he fled. He's much improved, but severe thunderstorms can really suck. I'm sure he'll be on the bed instead of under it.

Oh I don't blame him for hiding..that would scare him alright.
We live in a lightning valley here Kayla..it is extremely dangerous..so when you hear thunder here, best to stay indoors. It is crazy here.

Florida is known as the sunshine state. However, we get more than our fair share of lightning strikes.

@kaylachan And my son has a broken titanium plate in his collarbone. So no being out in lightning..even the docs said that.

They do me, too. Mostly because I don't always know what it'll sound like when it does come.
