I had a good breakfast this morning!

I have the day off today, and am heading to Michael's house to finish up "Your Mind is on Vacation and Your Mouth is Working Overtime."
I had a really good breakfast this morning. I fried up two eggs, and added sharp cheddar cheese, peppers, onion, and mushrooms. I flipped the whole thing in half at the end, making what amounts to an omelette, but with a yolk that runs. It was yummy. Of course, I had some ham on the side.
Maybe I'll get into a "zone" today and record John Prine's "Christmas in Prison," as well as a new version of John Prine's "Paradise." We shall see. I also want to get down a definitive version on Michael and me doing "Moonlight in Vermont." He's the singer on that one.
How is your Monday shaping up? And, of course, what did you have for breakfast?

I ate a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning... I've laid out ground beef to thaw for supper but haven't decided what I want to actually make with it.
I haven't done anything today except sleep and read a few chapters of a book... I hope you've enjoyed your day, pony.

I wasn't very hungry when I woke up today for some reason. But I needed to eat something, so I had a piece of toast with peanut butter and they day merrily commenced after that. I did have an egg yesterday, and enjoyed it.

Lovely photo. I love Moonlight in Vermont. Too bad you won't be singing that one. I haven't had anything for breakfast and doubt if I will have anything. Our Meals on Wheels lunches are usually pretty big. Have a great day.

That sounds like a good way to make some eggs to me. Although I don't eat breakfast. At least not at breakfast time. But I do eat breakfast food.
Good luck on the project and have a great rest of your day. Incidentally I also have the day off. Since July 18th every day has been a day off. lol

Monday arrived with 65 degrees and only I the 70s in the afternoon and now back into the 60s. It is good after the miserable hot summer but not good once my apartment cools down as there is now central heating but I do have a space heater,
