Life has no formula

A thought-provoking saying popular in my country goes: 'life has no formula'. The gist of this adage is that people do not necessarily achieve success or suffer misfortune because they have done anything. Rather, uncontrollable happenings sometimes see someone going through positive or negative experiences. Think of a parent whom, despite putting in all the necessary to raise her child well, becomes disappointed when this child chooses to behave like a misfit. What do you think about this saying? Do you know of any phenomena that validates the adage?

I agree with this saying. Put a family with several children, the parents grow all them the same way, but you get a "black sheep". There is nothing you can do.

You are absolutely correct. Sometimes things just happen.

It's true. You can't always predict what's going to happen. Different things happen to different people, and different people react to things in different ways, so yes, it's true.

Well, life itself certainly has a formula. Life to be life needs to follow the laws of life. In life, there are natural laws, that are formulas that ensure all is happening according to those laws, and nothing can ever circumvent those laws. Somebody who is not living their life according to laws, commandments, and following God's purpose for their lives, are just allowing the laws to fashion their lives without their own input to it. Life then has a formula, and if it didn't, there would be no life.
