A female homeowner who lives in Barkhamstead Connecticut was not home when a bear entered her home on Wednesday afternoon to help himself to lasagna where the bear opened the refrigerator door after the bear entered through the front door of the home.
The owner of the home received an alert that a bear entered her home via footage on the Ring camera.
Even though no one was home at the time that the bear entered to help himself to some treats since the home where bears are staying is being taken away by humans in the name of progress, the Connecticut Department of Energy Protection (DEEP) will break into houses since they are hungry and are not afraid of human beings.
No one was hurt in the incident in Barkhamstead.

Bears have a great sense of smell when it comes to seeing food.

It would be pretty shocking to find out a bear had broken into your house.

@Deepizzaguy I doubt that will ever happen and all the wild animals will eventually vanish.

That is what I have noticed about the behavior of bears.

That is very true that bears are getting bolder stealing from homes since the forests where they live are being taken away.

I hope the bear enjoyed the lasagna. Bears are getting fearless when it comes to breaking into homes for food. They know that they will find a refrigerator full of goodies. I'm glad no one was harmed.

I am in agreement with you that when a bear sees food, they will go after it.

I'd be terrified if a bear showed up in my house. Glad we do not have bears here.
