What's so special about Pasta you might ask, as reading through posts here it is a staple diet with many. It is special because I have never eaten pasta although it is now available in India too and some even make it at home. I have had noodles and spaghetti but not often. We get Magi noodles that take care of the time when we have no time or we are in a hurry Talking of pasta when it comes to its nutrient value what is the difference between that and the noodles and spaghetti? There are a lot of different types on pasta noodles. I like the long spaghetti ones the best.

Although rice is our staple food, I eat pasta once in a while. I like pasta with tomatoes and cheese.
