I got myself weighed at the doctor's and quickly got home and calculated by BMI - Body Mass Index and that is how I came to know I need to reduce by 3.5 pounds
The question is how do I achieve it All what I like and also eat for health reasons such as peanuts, peanut choco butter, boiled egg apart from the usual dietary needs I need to give it a second look.
How can you expect me to give up chocolates - my guilty pleasure?
Are you within the stipulated BMI?

That´s not too much. Eat smaller portions of everything. By the by you´ll get there.

@marguicha (209258) That was my thought exactly. Moderation is the key. I remember a well known exercise enthusiast say that you can eat anything you want; just not all at once.

You could lose those pounds overnight with sleeping.

Frankly I am a nibbler. What I think is that I do not do much exercise as my back does not let me.

Is there nothing you can do about it? I am already thinking about how to reduce those few pounds - what to give up but I cannot give up chocolates.

@allknowing Oh, yes, I can exercise and lose the weight. My doctor wants me to walk but I get dizzy walking around and I'm scared I'll break a bone if I fall. Pretty will walk with me but she wants to walk in the dark when I can't see so I'm afraid I'll trip and fall.

@DaddyEvil Have you tried just climbing one step and then down as many number of times as you wish. I used to do it 200 times.

I have no idea and at my age, I don't care. I am not overly fat or overly thin and I am enjoying my life,
