In Chinese food, spicy food is very popular. In Sichuan,Jiangxi and Guizhou Province, they're all fond of the spicy food.
There're many spicy seasonings, like Curry,Masala or Peppers etc.I love using the Curry to cook rice,or sprinkle the peppers on the fried chicken. When i cook the carrot, pork, tofu and noodles,i also add peppers into the soup to make it taste better.
I always see the masala in those Indian Food Cooking Videos, but i never taste it.So until now,my favorite spicy seasoning is pepper. It's cheap and sufficient.
By the way,i can eat the raw pepper, smashed the pepper into a jam,it's also can be a delicious spicy seasoning.
Surely,my favorite food is spreading the peppers all over a roasted chicken, eat it with a cool beer at the night. That's definetely an enjoyment.
How about you?Do you like spicy food? What's your favorite spicy seasoning?

I do like spicy food in moderation. Not the way Indians or Thai usually prepare it. My palate is "Americanized."

Not too spicey but I like adding some red pepper flakes and I use a Thai sauce that has a bit of spice to it,

I like chipotle, and I like curry (though I haven't had it in a very long time.)
