Hello friends, it's been a pretty decent day here. Generally quiet in a peaceful sense. I talked to my mother, watched some videos, and listened to some music. Today is Wildlife Wednesday, for those of us in the art and photography world, so I will probably share something in that vein later. Anyway, I hope your day has been on par with (or better than) mine.

I guess you could say I do have something to share for it (the image I am sharing now). May make a post with it some day...but for now you can see it here. Glad it was a peaceful day

hmm...wildlife wednesday, sometimes I see a house gecko in my hallway, the last one I saw was really yellowish white. Then apparently the other day my mom saw a praying mantis, haven't see one of those in a long time!

@jnrdutton Geckos get a good meal from the house spiders here, that is for sure haha Seeing a Praying Mantis is such an interesting experience. The first one I ever saw was actually inside my house! I was a child and I was amazed.

I used to see geckos quite a bit when I lived briefly in California. They would break in (looking for warmth I guess on colder days) haven't ever seen a praying mantis up close except in pics, I think seeing one alive in my house would make me freak out. @DesirousDreamer

There is a very nice blog about cats on Wordpress called Katzenworld. They feature Tummy Rub Tuesday about cats who want their tummies rubbed, My cat Freddie is featured so that is my wildlife share and here is the link

@deepizzaguy, sounds like a great use of time, as far as the cloudy day,those can be a bit dreary. It rained a bit here where I am.
