This is our 3rd week of war here in Israel

@Hannihar Hamas is the biggest villain supported by Hezbollah and then the State actors; we all know who. Plus there are a few more Asian nations, some close by who favor Hamas. India too has suffered and knows the mindset of folks who call Terrorists as Freedom Fighters.

@LadyDuck yes, very true.

@FourWalls No matter how much good Israel has done in the world they will always be blamed by others. The day it happened is the Jewish Sabbath so there are people that want to observe the holiday we were finishing up on that Saturday and yes, we were caught off guard like for the 1973 war. It was our Day of Atonement and we fast or a long time on that day and we were caught off guard. Thank you for what you said.

@TheHorse I hope you are concerned about my cat and myself too. We are part of the war and sirens have gone off in Jerusalem too. They are hitting everywhere. What news place do you check things out? I am glad your best friend from College is safe.

@May2k8 All I can say it was the end of a Jewish holiday that we have at this time of year and they caught us off guard like they did in 1973 on our Day of Atonement. All of our holidays are very important.

@RebeccasFarm It will end but it will be a long one. I hope that the soldiers can get them for good this time and not have to keep going back in like they have been doing. i think this war untied their hands. I just hope the ones that are going in there will be safe and come back home safe and sound. They are protecting us along with their families.

@jstory07 I am ok as can be during a war and this war is not just soldiers and terrorists but the whole country is involved.

@Hannihar It must be terrible living in the middle if a war. It was so horrible when my son was in Iraq in danger of being killed every minute. So nerve wracking. I can imagine how you feel right in the middle of it. I hope you can stay safe:and it will soon be over.

@RubyHawk Thank you so much Ruby. My cat and I are as safe as we can be. Sirens and what they do is going on all over the country and not just the South where they are. The whole thing is scary but we have to get them out of our life so we can have one or our Army will be going in and out all the time and we need them gone. Our Army is protecting us and we also have G-d and whoever wants to help and not hinder us. Our people have suffered so much from them that they have to be gone so we can live our lives and enjoy our holidays because they do not let us enjoy them. Since I have been here I have been through two Intifadas and wars so that is how our life is and I feel bad for our soldiers and financially I wish I could help but what little money we have we need fior us.
