North Charleston Police Department Officer Jason Marzan was on duty Monday October 16 when he was driving on the interstate when he heard on his patrol car a message that a two year old baby girl who fell out of an auto while the auto was in motion.
Officer Marzan with the help of a female driver who was the driver behind the driver when the baby girl flew out of the window managed to place her auto in a position to prevent any auto to hit the baby girl who lost part of her right arm from the elbow down used first aid techniques to stop the bleeding.
After the first responders arrived to take care of the injured two year old girl to a local hospital where the two year old girl had surgery to reattach her missing arm.
The two year old girl is expected to make a full recovery and come home to be with her family.
Officer Marzan and the family of the injured girl have become good friends after the near tragic end of her life.
If only the mainstream media would report the good deeds that police officers do in the line of duty, we would have a better world to live in.

I am sure that the investigation is underway why the young girl fell out of the window.

I am in agreement with you since the young child was saved by the police officer and the female driver who assisted in saving the child to get help.

The girl had her lost arm reattached by the surgeons. Good question how she fell out of the auto since the report did not state why the girl fell out of the car.

It did scare me as well that a child fell out of her mom's auto as well.

I am in agreement with you that any child who falls out of a moving auto and on the road is very scary.

I certainly hope they will see why the girl flew out of the window. She should have been strapped into a car seat; and the car door should have been closed.

I hope so as well that the cause of the little girl falling out of the auto is dealt with if an act of negligence was involved.

Glad the police officer came to help but I would investigate this case closely, First the child should have been in a child seat and second how the heck could she go flying out of the car, Sounds like someone threw her, Not good,

That is what I am thinking happened to the girl flying out of the auto in the first place.
