Should I avoid using my ugly mug in future music videos?

I am not disputing the music part of it. It is the background...horrifying. He seems to be sitting in some dungeon or those ancient British prisons ...seriously....I tried to talk him out of that...but does he listen.

What I told him. What I told him. Does he listen? Even in the latest video, he is not allowing me to do things my way. Pony needs to be tied inverted to ceiling fan and the fan needs to run at full speed. That is what I want to do with him.

On the next one we'll have our fun kitty slides. The music is solid. I hope it's a big hit. Heh.

@TheHorse Pixabay guys are good photographers. They have great cameras. Don't re-record...sigh. We will use the audio and come up with another video ...Vanny's version. We will see how far that one goes.

That is a good idea to change the video.

We could do a separate video with slides. Heck, maybe I've even let Vanny chose them, as long as they're not from Pixaboy. Really, I should record some more solo guitar stuff. But Mike is not that interested in recording me right now.

Oh ...I had no issue with him showing his prowess .... but the background is so dark...for such a beautiful music piece which resonates with freshness and beautiful grounds flowers trees maybe a stream...that kinda image is conjured up. He could have kept the music same, and gone to different locations recorded himself with different backgrounds....like scenery ...it would have been a great video.

The video quality was up to Mike. I had no say in that.

@vandana7 Yes, background and such does matter. However I usually listen and barely watch the videos, because I am often driving, etc. and can't. It's the music and the feelings in it and how it affects me that decides it for me, if that makes sense.

I liked his composition too considering that it is an original composition. Quite refreshing music....the issue is....the imagery that mind comes up with is different from what is being shown by him. Dungeon...

Thanks. I think solo finger style is my favorite kind of guitar to play.

It is "different" from the rest, as is the piano video. Maybe it's just the "randomness factor."

He is a good composer....but the room ruins it for me and most of the YouTubers who want visual pleasure plus music...or whatever. The darkness of the room would send me away.

I would like to record some more simple solo guitar stuff.

@TheHorse I think that would be awesome. Even to just grab your guitar, fire up the iPhone or whatever you use, and just go. I guess, to make Vanny happy, maybe turn on some lights. But I'd LOVE to see more of that. Wish I could get you to get that DAW and interface I told you about. But that's for another day.
