Chayote is delicious

We call it chayote. The green color is certainly very beautiful to look at. Chayote is usually cooked and used as a side dish. It's delicious when there's rice. Usually chayote is cooked with simple spices. But the taste is not simple. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of cooked chayote. Have you ever eaten it?

Yes, I have eaten chayote. Not my favorite vegetable, but it has a nice taste.
