Me and my body clock

My body does not know to set its clock back an hour. I woke up anyway. My clock said 3:30 ish. I have done a load of laundry. Packed my lunch, written Bob a note and I am going to get in the shower before I eat breakfast. I have cashed in on my Microsoft rewards account. I looked out the door long enough to see fog. Yesterday the new neighbors came in and began removing brush and dead trees. More about that visit later. Good morning!! or evening if you are in the other half of the world.

It is an adjustment that I wish we did not have to tolerate. This morning they are talking about it on the news.......again. And I wondered if the reason that the time change still exists is for the sake of the news, maybe they do not know what else to report.

Canada's waiting for the States to do it. (Truth.)

@BarBaraPrz Ontario is waiting for Quebec and the state of NY to change before we will.

I was up "early" too. I wish they would leave it alone.

No one seems to listen to "we the people" on this topic.

The night was too long. I finished sleeping long before the sun got up.

Did you start sleep early as well?

@GardenGerty No, I don't think so. I slept better this last night, though, and the sun is shining, even if Yahoo weather says it's not.

Good Morning...I woke up early but did not get up until about 20 minutes ago. I am going to head back to bed for a few though. I could use another 40 winks.

We changed the time one week ago and I am still waking up at the "old" time.

It is very frustrating. Our bodies do not change that easily.

@GardenGerty I agree, they should choose which time to keep and never change it again.

I hope it's eventually approved as a law and we will have that extra hour of light in the evening. Have a great day.

You know, I do not care much which way they go, just leave it in one place.

Time changes don't bother me because I'm usually awake all night anyway... We've got heavy fog here this morning, too. I'm glad I don't need to drive in it. I hope you have a wonderful day.

@GardenGerty We only had the one day where I couldn't see to the middle of the street in front of our house. It's completely clear out today.

our bodies are so funny sometimes. I do not mind this one but find spring forward to be a real disruption.

It's odd that since the time change I have actually slept longer, normally I wake up every 90 minutes to 2 hours then go back to sleep. Now I sleep about 2 1/2 hours before I wake up before I go back to sleep.

It felt very disturbing when I was sleeping, there were people cutting down trees with machines
