@Tampa_girl7 I usually only make them around the time we've cooked up corned beef, which we generally only do around St. Patty's Day. But from time to time we'll be in a restaurant offering one. Just love them. I'd make corned beef more often, because I love it too. But too much salt and I have hypertension.

Yesterday, I had leftover Chinese food. I did vote...was actually going to skip it because most were running unopposed here but since I had to go out anyway...I did it.

@LindaOHio I generally do, this one didn't seem like a biggie, and my candidate lost anyway, as I knew she would. This is a very Red area. Hopefully, it will be changing with more former city dwellers moving in.

It's 18K gold. Melt it down and sell it for scrap for big, big bucks.

Man, you know you've arrived when you can take a dump on a $6 million toilet. Hmm. For dinner I made I guess what you might call a Mexicali chicken. Just baked chicken thighs with a salsa mixture. For sides we had macaroni and cheese and a salad.

I had baingan bharta( mashed spicy eggplants with other veggies) and chapati for dinner. I am here after dinner. I still have few chores to wind up before calling it a day. The mention of Brownies makes me long for it We must exercise our voting rights

Poor birds. A little to close to home. How do you steal a toilet and get away with it?

A dear friend of mine and I get together at least once a month for a few slices of pizza and some chat. Yesterday was that day, and the one and a half slices of pizza I ate (by choice) was all I ate yesterday. For me, they were just that filling.

It's distressing to hear about the impact of the bird flu outbreak and the unfortunate theft of the valuable 18K gold toilet from Blenheim Palace. As for my yesterday's meals, it was quite a varied day: - Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and toast - Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich with a side of chips - Dinner: Spaghetti with marinara sauce and garlic bread - Dessert/Snack: Chocolate chip cookies and a cup of tea.

Wow that is an expensive toilet! I didn't vote, but I only did once in my life - and that was when I had turned the age to be able to do so. A brownie sounds good, I don't think I'll even get a cake today!
