I think what you mean is being shy, not introvert. You can be introvert but confident. Introvert means enjoying privacy and not being sociable. Shyness is a lack of confidence. I know a lot of people who are introvert but they are very confident. They can go up to the stage and speak in front of people with 2000 audience.

@Cappie96 Keep in mind that the key to earn here interaction. You don't get paid anything to post. You get paid when someone responds to you, likes something you have said and so on and so forth. So, spending a lot of time on other people's posts leaving comments that almost force a response is the best way to go.
Plus, it's the whole point as well. To discuss and have conversations.
