What did you have for dinner last night? Do you ever "treat yourself"?

Yesterday was my last day of the week at Guitar Center, except for a short Saturday stint in the morning tomorrow.
I treated myself by getting some sushi at my old sushi place. Yes, it's the same one I walked out of a few weeks ago.
The person on the phone did recognize me, and gave me a discount on my spicy tuna roll and California roll.
I took this photo last night before I dug in.
Do you like sushi? Do you ever "treat yourself" after a long week?

I ate Chef Boyardee for dinner last night. I usually treat myself to sandwiches after a long week.

@Deepizzaguy I would not try it, based on my childhood experiences. But maybe they have improved it.

Can't do sushi but I won't knock anyone who does. Just not my thing. As for treating myself, I do it occasionally, but it is not that often. I just don't want to spend the money.
As for dinner last night, not sure what you may think about it, but it was good to me. Made an alfredo of sorts. Browned up some kielbasa, then tossed in onions and red pepper. Then some al dente broccoli. Added in a can of cream of chicken soup, a little water, evaporated milk, salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, then tossed in cooked penne noodles and served with some parsley on top.
It was delicious.
Normally I use chicken or pork or shrimp for the meat and normally I use cream of mushroom soup. But the cream of chicken seemed like it would complement the kielbasa better.

I’ve only had it once. I didn’t care for it.

@TheHorse I found the taste boring. My son loves it.

@Tampa_girl7 Interesting. I do add soy sauce and wasabe. It's a taste-gasm to me.

I can't eat sushi... And I ate homemade chicken noodle soup last night for dinner. Sometimes we buy some huge cinnamon rolls for a "treat".

@TheHorse Thanks. No, I didn't think of it. But it didn't need it, either.

@DaddyEvil It sounds good. Did you add any chicken buillon?

I treat myself when I have coffee with Jane. I made a ham and provolone sandwich on whole wheat, with horseradish sauce cause I could not find my mayo in the fridge. I have tried sushi, but it is not something I crave.

I like sushi. But when I go to a Japanese restaurant I always start with sashimi.

I don't like raw fish or rice, unless they're fried.
But I did treat myself to a box of Junior Mints on the way home from a doctor's appointment. I haven't bought candy in ages, but it was wonderful.

No sushi for me. Yes, we have pizza or Chinese every so often as a treat. Have a good weekend.
