Going back to eagles: This is how large their talons are

Just to show you how large an eagle talon is. That thing is bigger than my hand. Now I know how they dispatch animals the size of deers. And we are told that birds evolved from dinosaurs.

I heard that eagles are known to take small reptiles. So young alligators are fair game.
