I even washed the bowls we used for dinner. 
. The curtains are hung by the bay window. We won't be closing this set unless it gets a lot colder. I will still close the other set that is up. I just wanted to get these in place before putting the tree up. I didn't want to have to work around it if it does get that cold.
The litter boxes got a good cleaning too. That was all I wanted to get done. So it was a productive day here.
I am trying to decide if I will start decorating while hubby watches football tomorrow or if I will hide in my escape room. It might be a mixture of the 2. I also know what dinner will be. I have a banquet frozen turkey and gravy in the freezer. I will fix stuffing and green beans with it. That will be enough food as it will just be hubby and me.
Hope you had a good day. We did see a little bit of sun this afternoon. That was nice.

It's sunny here, too. And we're at 57Fat 12:20 pm. High is supposed to be around 62F.

I noticed how different it is the temperature near the windows when I close the curtains (both in summer and winter).
I am not going to start decorating until the first week of December. I want to put some lights on the balcony this year.

@wolfgirl569 I am going through all my Christmas decorations.
We do not put up a large tree anymore, there are many that I can donate. Also outside lights.

@LadyDuck I threw a set of lights away today. After I make sure they are not missing a bulb I throw them if they are not working.

It can make a big difference. Plastic helps a lot too.
I will put some stuff up outside sometime next week probably. I will not rush decorating. I will also sort through the decorations and donate some of them.
