Two Tampa Florida police officers who are Benjamin and Joesph who are employed by the Hillsborough County School Officers were inside their police car on Wednesday November 15 when they saw an auto stop on a road and proceed to push out of their auto four puppies during a rainstorm. The two police officers who were at the right place at the right time took action by getting out of their squad car and pick up the loose dogs and take them to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay where they are being taken care of. Two of the dogs were named after Joesph and Benjamin in their honor. The lesson that we can learn is that no one should adopt an animal is that it costs a lot of money to take care of an animal inside of a home. People can be so cruel to just toss puppies out. Those puppies are lucky to have those officers come to their rescue and I hope they find new homes

I wonder if the puppies were part of a litter. I'm glad they were rescued.

Most likely the puppies were part of a litter.

They should charge those people with animal abuse and leave them outside in a rainstorm. I'm glad the puppies were seen and taken care of. That could have been a really bad situation if they weren't picked up by the police.

I am in agreement with you that the persons who did this to the puppies should feel the same pain that the puppies went through so they would think twice of doing it again.

I am in agreement with you that leaving puppies out on the road is cruelty to animals.
