A change of plan...

Yesterday I had planned to cook a piece of gammon for dinner and then use it for several other meals during the week. We'd bought it on Saturday together with a lot of other groceries which I put away when we returned from shopping. Unfortunately whilst moving things around to make space in the freezer the gammon had been put inside. When I looked in the fridge on Sunday I realised what I had done. Thankfully I had some chicken that wasn't frozen so I did Coq-au-Vin for dinner and will probably do some pasta tonight. I'd even been organised and done some meal planning for the week but now I've got to change everything and we'll probably have the gammon next weekend.
