Lobsterman rescues a female driver who was trapped inside of her auto

Manny Kourinos was at the right place at the right time on Thursday November 16 when he witnessed a female driver drive her auto off of a boat ramp in East End Beach near Portland Maine and fell into Casco Bay.
Manny took action to put on his diving gear and jump into the water as the 2015 Ford Mustang had a female driver inside of the auto.
The arrival of the emergency crews was near the area of the accident but they were waiting for divers to come in when Manny jumped into the water and he managed to get the female driver out of her auto when the emergency divers arrived to take the female to the shore and get her to a hospital by ambulance.
The condition of the female driver as she was revived by the first responders gave her CPR is she in stable condition at this time.
Manny is grateful that he was able to save the life of the female driver did steal the auto hours before the accident according to the police report.

Glad she was rescued but I will never understand how these e people get in such a position, Why in the world did she drive off the boat ramp????

The driver was most likely fleeing from the police when she crashed her stolen car into the bay.

That is anyone's worst nightmare to be in a car submerging into water. It was good for her that someone was around to provide a quick response to her need.
The emergency crew divers might have been too late...every minute counts in such a situation.
