Counting the days before my Birthday / myLot

Going 44 soon and I can’t figure out my emotion but one thing for sure I’m getting old and I need to re-calibrate my plan and be focused on my health. As early as this time, I can already feel changes in my body system , white hair starting to grow, poor endurance in everything I do which is something that I need to accept and move forward. Life is like that..

I am 42, and have never tried harder in my life to be healthy. I need energy, and my health problems really get in the way of that. Maybe your 44th year on earth will be your best yet.
