Yes, they can, I have been friends with an old boyfriend since 1968, and he has married and so have I and we call each other every now ans thn

Yes, it is possible. I was friends with my x-girl friend for 22 years. She passed away a couple of years ago and I miss her very much

They can remain friends as long as they want to be. Might be rocky once in awhile but that happens in every relationship

sure they can, people can remain friends for as long as they are willing to be friends, if they continue to share things and do things that friends do, they can remain friends, and it doesnt have to turn into anything other than friendship.

Most of the time I think so. But sometimes you grow apart. Your life changes and well, you just don't have any thing in common with your friends any more. I think it's natural. If you are lucky enough though, you get to go through those changes together. Then you best freiends forever.

I think a boy and a girl become friends forever are easier then become lovers forever. And it is possible, why not?

it can be done. as long as both parties just regard each other as friend or simply brother or sister, they can be friends forever.
