What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I'm trying a new baked salmon recipe from FoodNetwork.com. It has a crust of mustard, seasonings, fresh parsley, and panko breadcrumbs. To go with it I am having jasmine rice and some baby carrots roasted with thyme and EVOO. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know! Share with us!

I was given a turkey carcass and thought I'd make something from it for dinner tonight, but I'm just not feeling it. I stripped off all of the remaining meat and put the bones and scraps in the Instant Pot with water and aromatics to make stock, but I'll do something with the meat tomorrow. Maybe some curry. My son asked me if I'd make brothy beans, so maybe I'll make a pot of that and have some cornbread on the side.

I thawed a tamale and paired it with instant brown rice. I put dried cherries and zucchini slices and garlic powder in with the rice. The tamale was spicy.

Son wanted pasta. I had everything here for lasagna, so I made that. Put one pan of it in the freezer, as he had eaten the frozen lasagna a few weeks ago. I made salad and homemade garlic bread. He was happy. I'm not very hungry, been sickly all week. I ate some of the salad and some toast. Sickness is good for the diet, but I would rather just be well. Your salmon sounds delicious.
