Issue with Verification

As most of you know, I'm working online and right now it's from a job board. I have had that account forever. I never thought that would be using it ever. But of course, after more than a decade, I have to use that for the job that I have found there. The problem is, I can't verify my account. They are not accepting any of my IDs which are all good. Now I'm having issues with how can I get my payout from there.
Why does this thing keep on happening?

I am so sorry to read this..terrible obstacles in the way.
It does seem to be an issue these days on other sites as well.
I really hope you can get your pay that you earn.

Yeah, they seem to have a very bad verification tool. It's not recognizing my govt ID.

Oh well I guess if no ID is sufficient for them to believe it is you then I guess you can stop using it as I think they are denying you the right to collect money from them. It is not worth the time and effort if they keep on denying you like that. What kind of IDs have you submitted to them?

I have submitted government IDs plus my passport. Still, they are wanting to have another one. It's pretty annoying especially they are a well known job board.

Hi I'm also an online worker. Many people think that because it is work online you don't need all your proper documents. That couldn't be more wrong. For all my jobs I had to show some sort of document to verify who I'm. Sometimes I have trouble verifying my account so I know how you feel. Hopefully it all sorts itself out. As I know you need to work.
