I am doing my final year engineering. I have got placements with good MNCs and excellent paypackets. But I do not wish to stay in the technical side for long. I wish to switch to the managerial side and do an MBA.
I want ot do so as i know my stength lies in that field. The QUESTION is should i try for MBA right now (after finishing engineering) or should i work for a few years and after that do MBA?
The offers i have got now are good and and i have also heard that working for a few years will help later when i do MBA.
If there are people out there who can advise me on this please post your comments.

there are institutes which have experience as a pre-requisite. but some dont have. it depends upon where you want to do. the opinions i have heard are mixed. those who got in tmmediately after studies have said "do it immediately". many others said, wait for a few years.

Usually MBA programs want to see at least 2 years of Professional Work Experience. I'm actually in the same boat as you. I am looking to get into the managerial side as well but still in the technology sector.
