I need to maintain a happy mood

China
December 11, 2023 11:00pm CST
The weather here is very cold, now minus 10 degrees Celsius (14 degrees Fahrenheit). When I woke up in the morning, I cooked two eggs and millet porridge, and I cut half a small melon. In the afternoon, I'm going to have a haircut. I have a lot of hair and I want to cut it thinner, but it won't affect the length of my hair. Then I will go to the vegetable and fruit supermarket, and I'm going to buy some pork and apples.I just need to walk to do these things, which is beneficial for my thyroid health. The doctor said I need to exercise more. How do you maintain a happy mood when your body experiences minor problems that may require surgery in the future, but the difficulty of the surgery is not significant

Off late, I am going through a lots of mood swings. Blame the menopausal age and other things happening around. I do have sudden bouts of feeling low and crying. I am trying to do things that I love to keep myself happy.

Yes, when I had a meeting after work at night and didn't come home until 9 pm, my mood was really complicated

@zhangxueying It would be so after a long tiring day. Long tiring days at work can be upsetting at times.

You will have excellent medical care in China. Here, you may die going into hospital. So at least that good one. I walk in nature and watch movies. I constantly move for health.

@zhangxueying No it is better in China I said. Many people die in hospital here. It is a matter of malpractice.

Is the medical team in the United States better? Why did he die in the hospital?

@RebeccasFarm Wow, this is a bit scary. We can choose a good hospital ourselves and find better doctors. As long as you have money, it's okay, but if a patient doesn't have money, doctors will refuse to treat them.

Yes, it's very cold here today because of the wind, so it's even colder. But in the afternoon, I need to go to the medical insurance bureau to apply for my medical insurance, so I have to go out today

Walking is always a great way to keep a happy mood. I hope you only need a minor surgery.

Our medical technology is currently developing here, and most surgeries are minimally invasive

I read the news that it's very cold in northern China. Here, the weather will turn cold towards weekend. Temperature around 11-13C.

I am in Northeast China, one of the three provinces in Northeast China. The coldest one is Heilongjiang, which is adjacent to Russia, followed by Jilin, and then Liaoning

Yes, taking a walk can improve our metabolic function. As we age, our metabolism slows down, so we need to exercise to enhance our metabolism

Yes, I have already had dinner and happily bought what I wanted to buy. Although it was very cold, I had to exercise and go for a walk by buying things
