Back from work.. it's bright and sunny Tuesday

Good morning from this side of the planet.
. It's bright and sunny Tuesday in my corner. And I am happy to have them after a week long of gloomy rainy and cloudy days 
.
And I am also happy to be back from work on my regular time today after a long week of staying longer at work. It's 11:45 AM and I was in home by 11:30. 
. I return home before 12 as I work part time. Today I worked from 8:15_11:15.
In the last ten days, I was substituting for one Primary school teacher after my work time. She had dengue. Today, she joined back. I was happy to see her. . Her condition was bad and we all worried about her. Good to see her back . She looked quite weak, must have lost few kilograms. Well, a full recovery might take a longer time.
This is the last working week for students before they go for Christmas vacation. 21st is the last working day for teachers and other staffs. Yay!! Another break is almost here .
I kept myself away from online space on this weekend to enjoy other stuffs. I am glad that I took this break. I had no motivation to be online and taking a break has helped. I am rejuvenated to be here.
My elder daughter came on Saturday night for her semester break for 17 days

@arunima25 thanks Arunimaji we are also having End term exams in my university. I am not sure being Head of the Department in Law, whether I will get a winter break.

I am waiting for this badly. It has been too busy at work in the last few months. It's busy till 22. And then my elder daughter leaves on Christmas day. Her semester break ends on 25th.

Thank you. My break begins from 23rd and my daughter leaves on 25th. So, not much free days to be with her.
We had a bright sunny day till now. It's 2 PM and now I see the black clouds coming. Seems like the rest of the day would be gloomy.

@just4him Yes, I am. Just came back today from a weekend gateway. We could not plan a vacation this time. But weekend gateway was good. I have made a post about the same.

Thank you Valerie. Enjoying my time with my elder daughter. She leaves on 25th as her holiday ends then. I am happy that my coworker is well and back. I needed time to spend with my elder daughter.

I guess that it would be summer vacation for your place. How is the summer this time?
It's only two weeks long vacation. Once kids move out, no amount of vacation seems enough.

Thank you. I am happy too. Now I will be back home in time and can spend some time with my daughter. I am looking forward to my semester break. My daughter will leave on Christmas day as her holiday ends then. I will not have in the break time.

Yes, it does. I am in mid age and a lots of obligations ( being middle generation taking care of elderly as well as younger generations). I thought that moving to part time work mode will help, but it seems I always get reasons to be busy

i don't like rain as its interrupted a lot with my work so in my case i don't like it. its good to see bright weather as direct sun also needed for some dry thing at place.good to hear your daughter back home for vacation so you can spend time together. have a nice day ahead.

Bangalore has rain throughout the year, it can just come at any time . But yes, it gets gloomy and depressing if it continues for days in a row. I love bright sunny days too.
Once the kids move out, we keep waiting for them. Any amount of days does not seem much.
