Tuesday Morning Brief

It's another cold day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. I'm not complaining. I love winter, though technically, we're still in fall/autumn for another 9 days.
Today will be a light to heavy day. I have Bible study this morning. Following that I have a hair appoitment. This is a make up date as I forgot last week. I really need to start writing things down. After my hair appointment, I'll head over to Hy-Vee for a few needed groceries. Not many. I have my bananas, but I need milk. I'm sure it's not the only thing I need. I need to use up the U card with my insurance company. The money doesn't roll over from month to month.
After that I'll be home to work on Wilderness Challenge and work the notifications. For now they're finished. So, is my breakfast. The scale was good this morning. I don't know what it is about salmon, but every time I eat it, I lose weight. This time, two pounds. I'm good with that.

It sounds like you have a busy day. My day is ok. I have no idea why salmon works to help you lose weight but that is good. We are still celebrating Hannuka and it lasts till Friday and then Friday night is our Sabbath so go from lighting Hannuka candles to Sabbath candles. I finished my cooking and am now washing clothes and it was raining earlier and now I am mylotting.

I wish I liked salmon but I don't. Glad that it helps the scale go down. That's a nice start to your day waving goodbye to those pounds.
That door decoration is cute. It must look really festive seeing all the doors decorated

So many people love salmon but not me. I'd eat it if I were starving; but I would never seek it out! That's really cute door decoration. Have good day.

Sounds like good plans for the day. Sorry the money doesn't roll over, but that is good to have that to use. That's great about the scale

That money is my lifesaver as I don't get near that much from FoodShare. (Food Stamps)

I tried to get milk the other day, and had to settle for lactose free. I guess milk is a staple for a lot of holiday baking, although not as much as eggs.
Today, I have an appointment with the acupuncturist, and then to the post office I go!

Yes, I find it interesting too. I'm glad you also like salmon.
It really is cute.
I did and a lot I really didn't need. But it's okay. Christmas only comes around once a year. I only need to remind myself to eat in extreme moderation.
