It is true. Pigs are probably flying too. I agree with Ann Coulter on something. Today she tweeted: "The prolife movement has gone from compassion for the child to cruelty to the mother (and child). Trisomy 18 is not a condition that is compatible with life." This of course refers to the Texas woman, Kate Cox, who sued (and won) Texas in order to obtain a legal abortion because the fetus has an extra 18th chromosome which causes Edward syndrome. It is lethal. After she won the suit the Texas AG appealed and threatened to prosecute any doctors or hospitals that performed the procedure. Then the Texas Supreme Court overturned the verdict. By that point, however, Cox had already left the state to terminate the pregnancy in a state where it was legal. She had to go through all of that drama and the stress/expense of travel to wind up with ultimately the exact same result. What was the point? The cruelty. As if she isn't distraught enough already knowing that she is not going to have a healthy baby at the end of all of this. I will give Ann Coulter a sprinkle of credit for what she said. However these insane laws and ideas are a direct result of the massive GOP push to the extreme right and she has been a big part of that for decades. They will be trying to outlaw birth control next.

My cousin had an unviable pregnancy which she lost (miscarried). I know how distraught she was over that. The ones who’ve never had the misery of a period shouldn’t be making the laws for the ones who have.

Doing this to this woman is cruelty in the biggest manner. That is like playing with two lives and no one has the right to do that,
