And I thanked again my faithful pressure cooker. It only took ten minutes to have them tender. When they are warm and the pressure cooker does not have more pressure inside, I´ll open the lid and start preparing them. I hope I can do it today so that Anita and I do other things at home. I want to fill the suitcase for my trip leaving only my laptop for the last moment. Then, as soon as the breakfast dishes are put away, I´ll make some sweets to take to my next door neighbor as an early Christmas present. The white rice is cold and I will only take a bit off it to make and omelette for tonight. The rest will go to a Tupperware and to the fridge. It seems that there are always tiny things that fill our days. Just a while ago, Mario came on his way to his house and had the new batteries for the bell. Now I have a bell again but it is late.
