Hi everybody! I missed you all! I hope you all have been well. I'm back with some questions and hopefully, this gets the ball rolling again :-) How important is regular exercise? Is it crucial for maintaining overall health, managing weight, and preventing age-related issues such as muscle loss and bone density reduction. What activities are age-appropriate exercises such as cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and flexibility exercises are popular?

Hi there! I have been so inactive here, have been learning some skills which are mostly computer based. So happy to be back and able to interact once again! Thank you for welcoming me back :-) Walking... I had been doing that but only at home. I watch Leslie Sansone, I think she started this walk at home programs 6 years ago. Months back had been doing the ones that Donovan Green does, chair exercise, but it makes me break a sweat at times. That being said, walking (at home, everyday) has been doing me good!

@baguiojade I am glad you are here once again. And at a nice time of year to return..the Christmas season. Walking at home or outside is always good.

@RebeccasFarm Definitely. I noticed that doing exercise at home seems to be better now, considering where we are at. There had been reports of lost big dogs and being animals, its instinct is to hurt (even kill) small animals and bite unaware people walking where they might be hiding or in plain sight. Also, walking exercises at home during Summer and Winter is perfect!
