Cooking during the Holidays

So, yes, Christmas is almost just around the corner. Has there been a time that you dreaded cooking because of picky eaters, either a family member or a guest? Them being picky meant you had to adjust the recipes, or did you? Did you adjust to that situation by making 2 or 3 different dishes to make everybody happy, specially you're seeing everybody eats what you have prepared?

Yes, mostly I do not want to do much these days anymore. It has been beaten out of me. Not physically, but mentally.

So, with this being said, what are your plans, because eventually family will be coming over, and you might invite friends, I don't know, but what do you have in mind?

When you say, you try to fix a little of everything, does it make you spend more time in the kitchen than when you didn't have to? Is this your cat???? Awwww :-)

@baguiojade I spend no extra time in the kitchen. That is Patches she is gone now. But we had her for 16 years and a great cat.
