I don't take supplements but lately my friend has a lot of calcium and she gave me two bottles of calcium. One is for adult and the other is for children. My son already grows up and he is no longer a child. So I keep one bottle in the office and the other at home. I keep the children's calcium at home and today I took one pill. I must say it tastes nice and I love it Later I shall ask my friend to give me the children's calcium because it tastes better

I take a multi-vitamin each day, so that includes some calcium. It's good that pills for children taste well so that they won't resist to take them.

It all works the same just children one is usually in smaller dosage because of size and depending on your size it might be recommended.

@youless As it is a smaller dosage you can take two pills instead of one.

Calcium supplements are useful. I am taking iron for children, but it works. The one for children can be easily tolerated.

So far the taste is much more important for me since I can take it or not.

I take a multi vitamin. One doctor said for me to take calcium and I did for a while, but I stopped because my multi vitamin has it already.

If so, it is totally alright. After all, taking too much calcium may not be healthy.
