Winter is the season for parathas.

December 19, 2023 1:31am CST
In India in winter there are fresh vegetables grown. They help in making parathas. My wife and mother make aloo ka paratha. It is made out of potatoes. Then there is muli ka paratha. It is made out of radish. Then there is gobi ka paratha. It is made out of cauliflower. Then there is pattagobi ka paratha. It is made out of cabbage.

thanks Arunimaji I will reach home late today after invigilation of exam is over. Your food is making my mouth water. My family wishes winter to continue for entire year. In calcutta it starts in mid november and ends in mid feb. So only 3 months. The vegetables really fascinate me in winter

@sathviksouvik Even I like winters better than Summers. Summer makes me feel sick and loose appetite. We can eat well in the winter times. But then extreme winter also becomes a problem.

@arunima25 thanks Arunimaji I think the weather in your city Bengaluru is very good it is not too hot or cold. In calcutta monsoon is humid between june to september. Rest of the year is fine. I think Chennai has very untimely and strong rains
