My Charcuterie Board

I have teeth issues. I have to be picky about what I eat. I like finger foods because I am usually on my computer and find this an easy way to eat and work at the same time. I think I could live on making up a charcuterie board for my evening meal. I'd have grapes(green, red, or Concord), two or three different cheeses, maybe a dip or two, some delicious sourdough and/or hearty wheat slices of bread, thinly sliced ham and turkey(maybe tuna on occasion), and maybe sweet or dill pickles. Now what about yourself? What does the board have to have to get your interest?

I'm not feeling well at the moment; so none of that is attractive to me. Sorry!

Lean corned beef and some form of chocolate would be nice. Your board sounds like it would be very tasty.
