you can use a little peroxide on them for a few days then delete a little bleach down and brush with it but don't swallow thats what my grandparents did once a month and in between they brushed with baking soda and it works they had there original teeth when they passed and they were white and they were both smokers so I hope this helps you and have a great day.

Some people have naturally darker or more yellowish enamel than others, and it has no reflection on how well or how often they brush, or what they eat or drink. You probably would never get the dazzling white you are dreaming about unless you opted for veneers -- your teeth would then be beautiful, but they are extremely expensive.
You know you are supposed to visit one every six months. Brush your teeth after breakfast, lunch, and before going to bed. Floss eevery day.
Use a sonic-care toothbrush with a whitening toothpaste
i sometimes brush my teeth with baking soda...i also use crest nighttime whitening kit...not the strips!....it works great!

I would recommend Crest White Strips. Both me and my wife have used them and were very pleased with the results. Our teeth were noticable whiter.

Try puting baking soda on your wet toothbrush and brush with that before you use toothpaste. It tastes bad but if done regularly it'll not only clean your teeth, but it is also a deodorizer so it also gets rid of bad breath.

Soda for food. Natural and simple. You take a spoonfull of soda for food and you brush your teeth with it. Day after day the teeth become whiter

You could first try brushing your teeth with baking soda as a natural stain remover. Then if that doesn't work to your liking you could try some of the over-the-counter teeth whiteners like Crest White Strips. They work for some people better than others but they are an inexpensive alternative to the dentist doing it.

my sons denstist told me to make a baking soda paste with water and rub that on my sons teeth to get them whiter because they were a little stained. you can try that...i don't see why.... those teeth whitening systems should work fine...i wanted to try some because my teeth aren't white.

I just read about using Hydrogen Perixide to whiten your teeth. Try going to this website:www.ehow.com/tips_3071.html - 40k.
