Winter has been blasting some states with over a foot of snow, and some are left with no electricity.
I'm worried about those people and animals in those states.
So, the question is. How do you keep yourself warm to save on electricity and gas when the heater needs to be just high on 75 at the most?
With commodities... How do you save when Winter is approaching?

I'm happy that you guys are already enjoying warm weather!
So May, how are you guys coping with high prices of electric bills when it gets hot in your country?

@baguiojade we only use a fan, hot weather can damage the Air Conditioner.

Luckily I have no car so no petrol prices for me and no car repairs.
Heating and cooling is quite cheap for me as my place is the size of an anchovy tin.
The landlords here pay the water. So no water bill.
Commodities here..groceries from Walmart..very cheap. And now and again I get a government food box with a few cans of staples.
That's how I manage.
