How to achieve work-life balance

I’m bigfish. I live in china, Shenzhen, Where is a busy city. All the people here are working hard for living, they have to work overtime and have no time to relax. Because that's what they have to do if they want to own a home in Shenzhen.

Life is hard and earning a living is harder. But I hope your health isn't compromised for all the overtime because our health is still our wealth.

My husband and I worked hard for forty some years for the same company. We had stocks, roth IRA's an regular 401K retirements. We did it to have a nice retirement. Which we do have.
