Christmas blues

3 more days until Christmas.. I always feel at my lowest around Christmas season and my birthday. There is so much pressure around it to not be lonely and be happy and cheerful that it gives me the opposite feeling This year isn't any different How about you, how do the holidays make you feel?

I normally love the Christmas season, and I am really enjoying it this year. However, during the years my mom had dementia, I just wanted them to be over with. I kept remembering everything I had lost with her being so young, yet slipping away.

I'm so sorry, I can imagine how painful that was My issue this year, is it's the first Christmas without my mum.... she passed last February
